摘要
目的:探讨舒芬太尼联合异丙酚在无痛肛肠手术中的临床效果和对血流动力学的影响。方法:选择本院156例行肛肠手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各78例,观察组患者采用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉,对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果,血流动力学指标及术后恢复情况。结果:观察组的麻醉总优良率92.30%,显著高于对照组的82.05%(P<0.05);两组麻醉前HR、SBP、DBP差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中对照组患者的HR(92.61±4.13)次/min,SBP(131.77±8.43)mm Hg,DBP(81.83±3.54)mm Hg,均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组患者的舒适度评分为生理(24.58±3.28)分,心理(23.45±3.81)分,环境(24.57±4.19)分,社会文化(25.37±4.13)分,疼痛出现时间(44.23±5.37)min,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无痛肛肠手术的患者采用舒芬太尼联合异丙酚进行麻醉,起效快,手术全程无痛、安全,血流动力学指标稳定。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Sufentanil combined with Propofol in painless anorectal surgery and its effect on hemodynamics.Method:A total of 156 patients undergoing anorectal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,78 cases of each group.The observation group patients were anesthetized with Sufentanil combined with Propofol,and the control group was anesthetized with Fentanyl and Propofol.The anesthetic efficacy,hemodynamics,and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Result:The total excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 92.30%,which was significantly higher than 82.05% of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in HR,SBP,and DBP before anesthesia in the two groups (P>0.05).In the operation,HR (92.61±4.13) times/min,SBP (131.77±8.43) mm Hg,DBP (81.8±3.54) mm Hg of the control group were higher than those of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative comfort score of the observation group was physiological (24.58±3.28) points,psychological (23.45±3.81) points,environmental (24.57±4.19) points,social and cultural (25.37±4.13) points,and the time of onset of pain (44.23±5.37) min,which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sufentanil combined with Propofol for anesthesia in patients undergoing painless anorectal surgery has rapid onset of action,painless and safe throughout the operation,and stable hemodynamic indicators.
