寻常疣和跖疣HPV型别及与临床特征关系的差异性 被引量:20

A Study on the Difference of Human Papillomavirus Genotypes and Their Relationship with Clinical Characteristics of Common and Plantar Warts

摘要 目的探讨寻常疣和跖疣患者的主要HPV型别及与临床特征关系的差异。方法记录患者的临床信息;使用PCR、基因测序和TA克隆技术检测HPV型别,分别采用构成比和组间、组内卡方检验比较寻常疣和跖疣患者的主要HPV型别及与临床特征关系的差异。结果mu属的HPV1和α属的HPV2、27和57是寻常疣和跖疣患者的共同主要型别,α属的HPV7是寻常疣患者的主要型别。HPV1型别跖疣患者除和HPV1型别寻常疣患者一样具有疣体单发、疼痛症状比例高的临床特征外,还具有更易感染青少年(≤17岁)、病程短(≤12个月)及疣体中等大小(0.5~1.0 cm)的临床特征。HPV7型别寻常疣好发于男性患者,HPV27型别寻常疣老年患者较HPV2、57型别寻常疣老年患者更多见。结论寻常疣和跖疣患者的主要HPV型别及与临床特征的关系均存在差异。 Objective To investigate the differences in human papillomavirus(HPV)genotypes of common and plantar warts and their relation with clinical characteristics.Methods Patient details were recorded;PCR,gene sequencing and TA-cloning technique were adopted to detect HPV genotypes of common and plantar warts,then the differences in main HPV genotypes and their relation with clinical characteristics were compared by constituent ratio and Chi-square test between and within groups,respectively.Results HPV1(mu genus)and HPV2,27,57(αgenus)were the main HPV genotypes of common and plantar warts,HPV7(αgenus)was the main HPV genotype of common warts.HPV1-associated plantar warts were related not only to single wart and high incidence of pain arising in as HPV1-associated common warts,but also to adolescents(≤17 years),short duration(≤12 months)and medium size of warts(0.50~1 cm).HPV7 assosiated common warts preferentially occurred in men,and elderly patients with HPV27-associated common warts were more common than those with HPV2,57associated common warts.Conclusion The main HPV genotypes of common and plantar warts and their relationship with clinical characteristics show a distinct profile.
