聚合酶链反应在跖疣HPV分型检测中的应用

摘要 目的分析聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测跖疣组织标本诊断中的临床意义。方法2016年7月至2018年7月本院初诊的跖疣病例中筛选出符合研究要求的病例33例,通过PCR检测分析HPV型别。结果33例跖疣中PCR检测结果显示病毒的核酸检测均为阳性,型别以HPV1和HPV2为主。结论PCR检测在跖疣诊断中有一定的临床价值,可应用于跖疣的实验室诊断。 Objective to analyze clinical value of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)for detecting human papillomavirus(HPV)in diagnosis of plantar warts.Methods Tissue specimens from thirty-three patients who were suspected as plantar warts were collected.The comparison between PCR and HE staining techniques in diagnosis of plantar warts was mad.Results The results by PCR were positive were detecting tissue specimens from thirty-three persons suspected as plantar warts,and were in agreement with HE staining techniques.HPV1 and HPV2 were the main type in patients with plantar warts.Conclusion PCR detecting HPV could be used for the diagnosis of plantar warts and provided an approach to increase sensitivity for diagnosis of plantar warts.
