摘要
目的比较不同产地与规格等级地骨皮药材的差异。方法采用HPLC法测定不同产地与规格等级地骨皮药材的指纹图谱。采用Silgreen-GH0525046C18AQ色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%三氟乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。结果不同产地地骨皮药材的指纹图谱有8个共有峰;地骨皮药材的规格等级与其地骨皮乙素的含量呈现一定相关性,等级越高的药材,其地骨皮乙素的含量越高。结论所用方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可为地骨皮药材的质量控制及开发利用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To compare differences of different specifications and grades of Lycii Cortex from different producing areas.METHODS High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the fingerprints of different specifications and grades of Lycii Cortex from different producing areas.The chromatographic column was Silgreen-GH0525046C18AQ column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5%trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution gradient eluting.The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min^-1 with column temperature of 30℃and detection wavelength of 280 nm.RESULTS There were 8 peaks in the fingerprint of Lycii Cortex from different producing areas.There was a certain correlation between the content of Kukoamine B and the grade of Lycii Cortex in different grades.The higher the grade was,the higher the content of Kukoamine B was.CONCLUSION The established fingerprint method is accurate,reliable and specific,which can provide a certain scientific basis for the quality control and development and utilization of Lycii Cortex.
