摘要
目的:建立了中国10个省份野生与栽培地骨皮药材的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:AichromBond-AQ C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:315 nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定了12个共有峰构成14批地骨皮药材的指纹特征指纹图谱,各批样品的相似度均大于0.85。结论:该法精密度高,重现性好,可为地骨皮药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据。
AIM: To establish an HPLC-FP analysis method for identifing wild and cultivated Cortex Lycii from ten provinces in China.METHODS: The HPLC separation was performed on AichromBond-AQ C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution with a mixture consisting of methanol-0.1% phosphate acid;the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1;the column temperature was at 25 ℃;the detective wavelength was set up at 315 nm.RESULTS: Twelve common peaks were obtained in 14 batches of samples.The similarity of each fingerprint within one group was over 0.85.CONCLUSION: This method shows high precision,good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality assessment of Cortex Lycii.
