摘要
目的预防和控制院内感染,确保精神疾病住院患者在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间免受传染。方法我院精神科封闭病区针对人员、环境和物体表面消毒、物资供应保障等方面,迅速制定防控方案,根据方案积极落实护理管理和调控措施。结果自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后,我院未发生一例新型冠状病毒肺炎感染病例。结论有效的疫情防控护理管理机制可以促进医院防疫工作顺利开展,保障医患双方不受伤害。
Objective To prevent and control nosocomial infections,and to ensure that novel coronavirus pneu⁃monia is protected from infection in hospitalized patients with mental illness.Method The enclosed department of our hospital rapidly made prevention and control plans in terms of disinfection of personnel,department envi⁃ronment and object surface.Material supply guarantee,nursing management and control measures were actively implemented according to the plan.Result There has been no case of new infection in the hospital since the out⁃break of COVID-19.Conclusion Effective nursing management mechanism can promote the pandemic preven⁃tion work to be carried out smoothly in hospitals,and protect both doctors and patients from harm.
