摘要
为探究高压水力割缝技术抽采瓦斯的应用效果,本文采用自行研发的高压水力割缝系统,在镇城底矿工作面进行瓦斯抽采应用试验。试验结果表明:高压水力割缝技术可以持续性作用于煤体,促使钻孔附近煤层解裂,实施割缝十余天后,瓦斯逸出量达原来三倍以上,抽放一个月,抽放率可提高近30%。
In order to explore the application effect of high-pressure hydraulic cutting seam technology for gas drainage,this article uses a self-developed high-pressure hydraulic cutting seam system to conduct gas drainage application tests on the working face of Zhenchengdi Mine.The test results show that the high-pressure hydraulic slotting technology can continuously act on the coal body and promote the coal seam near the borehole to disintegrate.After more than ten days of slotting,the amount of gas escaping is more than three times of the original amount.After one month of drainage,the drainage rate can be increased by nearly 30%.
