摘要
传统水力割缝技术水射流压力低、流量小,无法满足对强度高、硬度大煤岩体的高效割缝需求。针对此难题,国家安全生产监督管理总局总局信息研究院研发了一种水射流切割压力达98MPa,水流量125L/min的高压大流量水力钻割一体化技术并在常村煤矿进行了应用试验,取得了理想的效果。试验结果表明:高压大流量水力切割半径可达1.5m,切割钻孔的百米瓦斯自排量是未切割钻孔的6.03倍,瓦斯抽放量是未切割钻孔的3.73倍。
The traditional hydraulic pressure water jet cutting technology, low water flow, cannot meet the efficient slotted of the high strength, hardness coal and rock needs. In order to solve this problem, the Information Institute of National Institute for Occupational Safety developed a water jet pressure of 98MPa, flow capacity of 125L/min of high-pressure drilling and glotting integration technology and application tests have been carried out in Chaugcun coal mine, achieved good results. The results showed that: High pressure and large flow hydraulic cutting technology cutting radius up to 1.5m, hundreds of meters of gas discharge and gas drainage volume is 6.03 and 3.73 times over non-cutting hole respectively.
