摘要
针对低透气性单一松软煤层的瓦斯抽采难题,在总结其他增透技术措施的基础上,按照增加煤层透气性的思路,开发并改进了超高压(最高达300 MPa)水射流切割技术装备。在山西潞安集团常村煤矿2105工作面运输巷进行了现场试验,通过多次试验确定了合理3号煤层的切割压力,测试了切割半径和瓦斯抽采纯量等参数。试验结果表明:常村矿3号煤层的合理切割压力为80 MPa,有效切割半径为1.8~2.0 m,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了5倍,瓦斯抽采效果良好。超高压水射流切割煤层增透技术能够有效改善煤层透气性,大幅提高了瓦斯抽采效率,节约了抽采时间,为提高煤矿瓦斯抽采效果提供了新途径,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aimed at the extraction difficulty of the gas in low permeability,single and soft coal seam and enhance gas permeability,an ultra-high pressure( up to 300 MPa) waterjet cutting set is developed and improved on the basis of summing up other technical measures. The equipment was experimented on 2105 working face in Changcun Coal Mine of Lu' an Coal Mine Group of Shanxi Province.Through many experiments in 3rd coal seam,a reasonable cutting pressure was tested,cutting radius and gas drainage quantity was tested. Experimental results show that,80 MPa is the reasonable cutting pressure in 3rd coal seam in Changcun Coal Mine,1. 8 to 2. 0 meter is the effective cutting radius,and pure amount of gas extraction was increased by five times. Ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting technology can effectively improve the coal seam permeability,greatly improve the gas drainage efficiency,saving drainage time,which provides a new way to improve coal mine gas drainage effect. It has certain application value.
