摘要
以遵义医科大学《食品原料安全控制》课程为例,以学生为中心,以教师为主导,分析后疫情期间利用超星学习通平台,采用线上线下混合式教学方式,融入多元化的文化元素、思政教育、医学精华和食品学科特色,提出新的教学方法和建议,多模块化建设《食品原料安全控制》课堂,不仅提高了教师网络线上教学水平、线下答疑重难点的能力,也激励了学生学习不断前进,提高了学生综合应用食品专业知识的能力。通过提出的课程改革的问题和建议,以期对其他课程教学提供参考。
Take zunyi Medical University the curriculum of food raw materials safety control as an example,with stu⁃dents as the center,and teachers as the leading factor,after the analysis of post epidemic period during using the su⁃perstar learning platform,using online and offline blending learning,into the pluralistic culture elements,ideological education,medical essence and food discipline characteristic,put forward the new teaching method and the sugges⁃tion,multiple modules class of food raw material safety control,not only improve teacher's online teaching level,of⁃fline answering difficult point ability,and also encourage students to learn ceaselessly,improve the students'compre⁃hensive ability of applying food professional knowledge.Through the proposed curriculum reform problems and sug⁃gestions,in order to have a certain reference to other curriculum teaching.
