摘要
目的:为实现医院的可持续发展,做好医学研究工作至关重要,有助于促进整体医疗质量的显著提高,实现对医学人才的培养和现代化的医院管理,也是现代医院的重要任务之一。基于此,医院需要积极转变思路,致力于临床医技人员自身科研能力的显著提高,重视临床科研复合型人才的培养,然后才能帮助现代医院促进自身综合实力的显著提高。随着我国医疗卫生体系的进一步发展与转化医学理念的日渐深入,为更好地推动转化医学的发展与转化科研成果,需要大型综合医院致力于一大批临床科研复合型人才的培养。
In order to achieve the sustainable development of the hospital,it is very important to do a good job in medical research,which is helpful to promote the significant improvement of the overall medical quality and realize the training of medical talents and modern hospital management.It is also one of the important tasks of modern hospitals.Based on this,hospitals need to actively change their thinking,devote themselves to the significant improvement of clinical medical technicians'own scientific research ability,and attach importance to the cultivation of clinical scientific research talents,and then can help modern hospitals to promote the significant improvement of their own comprehensive strength.Nowadays,with the further development of China's medical and health system and the deepening of the transformation of medical ideas,in order to better promote the development of transformed medicine and transform scientific research achievements,it is necessary for large-scale general hospitals to devote themselves to the cultivation of a large number of compound talents of clinical scientific research.
