摘要
研究复合型纳米氧化锌在高性能子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,复合型纳米氧化锌因其粒径小、比表面积大且活性高,在胎面胶中可大幅减量替代间接法氧化锌使用。在胎面胶中以半量复合型纳米氧化锌替代间接法氧化锌时,硫化胶的白炭黑分散等级相当,密度减小,定伸应力提高,磨耗性能相当,0和60℃时的损耗因子略增大,能够实现在轮胎胎面胶中减少氧化锌用量、降低成本的效果。
The application of composite nano zinc oxide in the tread compound of high performance radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the composite nano zinc oxide could replace the indirect zinc oxide in tread compound and the addition amount could be reduced because of its small particle size,large specific surface area and high activity.When the indirect zinc oxide was replaced by half amount of composite nano zinc oxide in the tread compound,the silica dispersion in the vulcanizates was equivalent,the density was reduced,the modulus was improved,the wear resistance was the same,the loss factor at 0 ℃ and 60 ℃ increased slightly,and the cost was reduced.
