摘要
目的研究激光疗法联合曲安奈德软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(erosive oral lichen planus,EOLP)的疗效。方法选取本院2018年4月至2020年6月收治的EOLP患者64例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用曲安奈德软膏治疗,观察组采用激光疗法联合曲安奈德软膏治疗。比较两组患者糜烂面积愈合情况、治疗总有效率、不良反应以及随访6个月的复发情况。结果两组口腔糜烂面积明显缩小,糜烂面积明显小于治疗前,且观察组明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.7%,明显高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率和复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激光疗法联合曲安奈德软膏可促进口腔糜烂面积愈合,治疗效果显著,且治疗后不易复发,不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of laser therapy combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment on erosive oral lichen planus(EOLP).Methods 64 cases of EOLP admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide ointment,and the observation group was treated with laser therapy combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment.The healing of erosive area,the total effective rate of treatment,adverse reactions and recurrence after 6 months follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The erosion area of oral cavity in the two groups was significantly reduced,which was significantly smaller than before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.7%in the observation group,significantly higher than that 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser therapy combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment can promote the healing of oral erosion area,and the therapeutic effect is significant,and it is not easy to relapse after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,the safety is high,and it is worthy of promotion.
