摘要
以黄山产无花果叶为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取其中的挥发油组分,并利用GC-MS技术对所得挥发油的组分及相对含量进行分析。共鉴定了68种化合物,占总量的95.22%,主要成分有β-谷甾醇(18.55%)、天然维生素E(17.08%)、反式角鲨烯(6.41%)、植醇(4.11%)、亚麻酸(4.21%)、β-香树脂醇(4.71%)、补骨脂素(4.52%),与文献报道的水蒸气蒸馏法提取所得挥发油有一定差异。
With the ficus carica L.leaves in Huangshan as the raw material,the volatile oil is extracted with the method of supercritical CO2 extraction.The main chemical components and relative contents are identified by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS).A total of 68 chemical components are isolated from the volatile oil,accounting for 95.22%of the total.The main components areβ-sitosterol(18.55%),vitamin E(17.08%),trans-squalene(6.41%),phytol(4.11%),linolenic acid(4.21%),β-coumarol(4.71%)and psoralen(4.52%),which are different from the volatile oil extracted with steam distillation method reported in the literature.
