摘要
目的分析安列克联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床应用效果。方法选取平原县第一人民医院2018年3月至2019年6月收治的120例分娩产妇为研究对象,按照奇偶数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组患者使用缩宫素进行治疗,观察组患者使用缩宫素联合安列克进行治疗。对两组患者产后出血量、产后血红蛋白下降值以及产后并发症发生率进行分析。结果产后2 h出血量为(318.23±32.57)mL,产后48 h出血量为(364.01±35.90)mL,产后48 h血红蛋白下降值为(1.04±0.12)g/L均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安列克联合缩宫素进行治疗,可以更加有效地控制患者产后出血量,减少患者产后并发症发生的概率,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of enleck combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 cases of parturient women admitted to The First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomLy assigned to the control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and patients in the observation group were treated with oxytocin combined with enleck.Intraoperative blood loss,postoperative blood loss,postoperative hemoglobin decrease and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the blood loss in the observation(318.23±32.57)mL 2 h after surgery,(364.01±35.90)mL 48 h after surgery,and(1.04±0.12)g/L at 48 h after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enleck combined with oxytocin treatment can more effectively control postoperative blood loss and reduce the probability of postoperative complications,with good clinical efficacy.
