摘要
目的:探讨安列克联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的安全性与有效性。方法:收治具有剖宫产指征,且有产后出血、宫缩乏力等高危因素的患者80例,随机平分两组。对照组给予子宫体常规注射缩宫素,观察组给予宫体注射缩宫素、安列克预防产后出血,比较相关指标。结果:观察组术中、术后2 h及24 h出血量均少于对照组;观察组产后出血发生率显著低于对照组。观察组相对于对照组患者术后24 h血红蛋白浓度下降值更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、厌食、恶心、心率加快、面部颜色改变等不良反应的发生率多于对照组,不良反应均未经特殊处理,自行消失。结论:安列克联合缩宫素应用在剖宫产中预防产后出血更安全、有效。
Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of anlieke combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods:80patients with high risk factors such as postpartum hemorrhage and uterine atony who admitted to cesarean section indications were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine injection of oxytocin in the uterine body.The observation group was given uterine injection of oxytocin needle,anlieke needle to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.We compared the correlation index.Results:The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume of2h and24h in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The decrease in hemoglobin concentration was more pronounced in the observation group compared with the control group at24h after operation.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,anorexia,nausea,heart rate and facial color change in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and the adverse reactions were disappeared without any special treatment.Conclusion:Anlieke combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section is safe and effective.
