摘要
柔性管理的核心是“以人为本”,将其运用于高职创新创业学生管理模式是适应学生个体差异的需要,也是为学生提供自主性选择、多样化发展路径的需要。安徽机电职业技术学院一直遵循高职学生成长发展规律和以学生为中心的教育管理理念,依据学生的知识基础、个性特点、主修专业以及个人意愿,有针对性地开展创新创业教育普及、技能培训和实训实战,形成了“进阶式”创新创业学生管理模式;通过“进阶式”创新创业学生管理模式实践探索,进一步规范了创新创业教育工作管理流程,提高了教育质量。“进阶式”创新创业学生管理模式需要通过搭建组织机构、构建课程体系、制定激励机制、开展实践活动和建立孵化机制等策略得以实现。
The core of flexible management is“people-oriented”.To apply it to the student management mode of innovative and entrepreneurial students in higher vocational colleges is not only to meet the internal needs of individual differences of students,but also to provide students with independent choices and diversified development paths.Having followed the law of higher vocational students’growth development and the student-centered education management idea and on the basis of the student’s knowledge base,personality characteristics,major and individual aspiration,Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Management has targeted to carry out popularization of creative education,skills training and training practice,and formed the“advanced type”innovation and entrepreneurship student management mode.Through the practice and exploration of“advanced type”innovation and entrepreneurship student management mode,the management process of innovative and entrepreneurial education work is further standardized,and the quality of education is improved.The“advanced type”innovation and entrepreneurship student management mode can be realized through the establishment of organizational structure,curriculum system,incentive mechanism,practical activities and incubation mechanism.
