摘要
财务管理本科专业是新形势下高校商科教育中非常重要的专业。近年来,随着中国深入经济全球化和全球技术竞争进程,劳动力市场对财务管理岗位中英双语高素质复合型人才需求日渐增长。然而新形势下英语在实际的财务管理本科专业教学中,仍存在人才培养目标缺位、课程定位不合理、教学内容体系缺乏系统化、教学方法和考核方式单一等诸多问题。新形势下英语在财务管理本科专业教学中应当明确教学目标;发掘新的教学模式;探索将微课程引入财务管理本科专业英语教学;采用情景教学法;着力培养复合型教学师资队伍;推进职业化体验教学改革;推动校企合作,加强校外实践教育资源建设,培养符合新形势下人才市场需求的既有财务管理专业背景知识又能将英语应用于实际工作的高素质财务管理人才。
The undergraduate major in financial management is a very important major in business education in colleges and universities in the new situation.In recent years,with China's deepening economic globalization and global technological competition,the labor market has increasingly demanded Chinese and English bilingual high-quality talents for financial management positions.However,under the new situation,there are still many problems such as lack of talent training goals,irrational curriculum positioning,lack of systematic teaching content system,single teaching methods and assessment methods in the actual teaching of financial management undergraduate majors.Under the new situation,English should clarify the teaching goals,explore new teaching models,explore the introduction of micro-curricular courses into the financial management undergraduate professional English teaching,use the scenario teaching method,enrich the financial management professional English teaching method,and focus on training composite Teaching teacher team,promoting professional experience teaching reform,school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the construction of off-campus practical education resources,and cultivating both financial management professional background knowledge and high quality of applying English to practical work in line with the needs of the talent market under the new situation Financial management talent.
