摘要
本文以钢结构装配式超低能耗学校项目为例,对项目中智慧管控平台的应用做出研究,其中包括针对钢结构装配式超低能耗建筑监测点位的设置特点,学校平台监测内容设计,以及对监测结果的分析研判,提供个性化的运营管理方案,以指导系统优化运行,降低建筑能耗水平,展现超低能耗建筑的建设效果。
In this paper,taking the steel-structure fabricated school project with ultra-low energy consumption as an example,the application of intelligent management and control platform in the project is studied,including the setting characteristics of monitoring points for steel-structure and assembly-type building with ultra-low energy consumption,the monitoring content design of school platform,and the analysis and judgment of monitoring results,so as to provide individualized operation management scheme to guide the optimal operation of the system,reduce the level of building energy consumption,and show the construction effect of ultra-low-energy buildings.
