摘要
本文阐述的"装配式超低能耗绿色新农宅体系"是装配式建筑技术、被动房技术和清洁能源技术的有机结合,既节能环保又舒适宜居,是新农村建设的发展方向。装配式采用"SZ系列绿色轻型钢结构装配式建筑体系",被动房采用"NCC纳米微孔硅酸盐相变蓄能自保温材料",清洁能源采用"太阳能空气能复合源热泵三联供系统",主要指标:装配化率>95%,节能率>92%,COP>3.5,达到国际先进水平。
In this paper, ＂prefabricated and new green rural housing system with ultra-low power consumption＂ is the organic integration of prefabricated technology, passive house and clean energy; this system is not only energy conservation and environmental protection, but also comfortable and livable, which are the new development of the new rural construction. The prefabricated housing using ＂SZ series of green light steel structural prefabricated building system＂ , passive house conditions established by applying NCC（Nano-cellular air Crete high efficiency self-thermal insulation systems, clean energy using ＂solar energy compound heat source with triplex pump supply system＂ . The main indicators： prefabricated rate〉95%, energy saving rate〉92%, COP〉3.5, which are all reached advanced international standards.
