摘要
目的分析小儿高热惊厥护理效果临床指标及满意度。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年5月诊治的60例高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取综合护理,对比两组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗费用以及护理满意度。结果实验组惊厥症状消失时间为(4.1±0.3)d、退热时间为(24.4±3.9)h,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组住院时间为(6.9±1.2)d、住院费用为(576.3±85.6)元,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组的护理满意度为70.0%,明显低于实验组的96.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在小儿高热惊厥护理中应用综合护理能有效缩短症状消失时间,缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,提高护理满意度,因此值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical indexes and satisfaction of nursing effect of febrile convulsion in children.Methods Sixty children with febrile convulsion diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The time of symptom disappearance,hospital stay,treatment cost and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of convulsive symptom disappearance was(4.1±0.3)d and the time of fever reduction was(24.4±3.9)h in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospital stay was(6.9±1.2)d and the hospitalization cost was(576.3±85.6)yuan in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the control group(70.0%)was significantly lower than 96.7%of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with febrile convulsion can effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance and the length of hospital stay,reduce the treatment cost,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
