摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对高热惊厥患儿的影响效果及最佳护理措施。方法将我院220例高热惊厥患儿纳入至本次研究,分为对照组(110例)与观察组(110例),两组患儿均接受对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予基础护理,观察组则行综合护理干预,比较两组患儿临床治疗情况,观察患儿家属护理满意度。结果对照组患儿退热时间、惊厥消失时间以及住院时间显著长于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患儿家属护理满意度83.64%低于观察组94.55%(P<0.05)。结论在高热惊厥患儿接受治疗的过程中,采用综合护理干预的临床效果较好,可有效改善患儿症状,值得在临床治疗中推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with febrile convulsion and the best nursing measures.Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of febrile convulsion in our hospital were included in this study,which were divided into the control group(110 cases)and the observation group(110 cases).Both groups received symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared,and the nursing satisfaction of their families was observed.Results The time of fever reduction,convulsion disappearance and hospitalization in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group(P<0.05).83.64%of the patients in the control group were lower than 94.55%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of febrile convulsion,the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is better,which can effectively improve the symptoms of children,and it is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
