摘要
以通化港公路集装箱中心站工程为例,阐述装卸工艺平面布局的优劣;通过优化内贸和外贸集装箱分区管理、海关监管设施布局、内贸和外贸拆装箱库合理布置,可满足海关监管及装卸要求,保证场站作业的顺利进;通过对车流流向分析,结合场站实际作业情优化布局,可提高内贸和外贸集装箱的装卸效率,保证其安全性。
Take the Tonghua Port Highway Container Central Station project as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of the layout of the loading and unloading process are illustrated.Through the zoning management of domestic and foreign trade containers is optimized,the layout of customs supervision facilities is improved,and the layout of the domestic and foreign trade container devanning and vanning operations becomes reasonable,the customs supervision and loading and unloading requirements can be satisfied,the smooth progress of the station operations can also be ensured.Through the analysis of the flow of vehicles,combined with the actual operation of the station to optimize the layout,the efficiency of loading and unloading domestic and foreign trade containers can be improved,and the safety can be ensured.
