摘要
为了研究国有企业的采购现状,分析了国有企业在采购管理工作中存在制度建设不健全、机构设置不合理、人员操作不规范、考核考评不公正等问题;有针对性地提出了健全采购管理制度、完善采购机构设置、加强人才队伍建设、细化审查监督工作等解决对策;以期为国有企业规范采购管理工作提供参考。
In order to research the procurement status of state-owned enterprises,this article analyzes the problems of unsound system construction,unreasonable organization settings,unstandardized personnel operations,and unfair assessment and evaluation in the procurement management of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward targeted solutions such as improving the procurement management system,improving the procurement organization,strengthening the construction of the talent team,and elaborating the review and supervision work,which provide reference for the state-owned enterprises to standardize procurement management.
