摘要
山西省改善城市人居环境PPP投资引导基金(有限合伙)采取母子基金架构,母基金负责投资子基金,子基金负责投资具体项目。通过日常管理监督、半年调研监督、年度报告审查、绩效考核考评等方式进行监督管理。
The paper indicates the parent-subsidiary fund framework is adopted in the funds guided by PPP investment in improving urban residential environment in Shanxi Province,illustrates the parent-subsidiary funds take charge of the sub-funds in the investment while the sub-funds take charge of the factual programs in investment,and undertakes the inspection and management from the daily management inspection,half-year investigation,annual report and inspection,and performance evaluation.
