RANKL基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死发病的相关性

摘要 目的探究核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)基因rs9533156位点多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死发病的关系。方法选择2018年3月~2018年7月就诊于中国医科大学附属盛京医院神经内科确诊为动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的患者213例为病例组,同期体检中心的健康体检者197例为对照组。采用改良多重连接酶反应技术对入选者RANKL基因的rs9533156位点进行基因分型。采用Logistic回归分析来探究RANKL基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死发病的相关性。结果两组rs9533156位点基因型分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各等位基因频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RANKL基因rs9533156位点的多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的易感性无显著相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between rs9533156 polymorphism of receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL)gene and the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2018 to July 2018,a total of 213 patients diagnosed as atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in neurology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected as the case group,and 197 healthy people in the physical examination center at the same time as the control group.Rs9533156 locus of RANKL gene was genotyped by improved multiple ligase reaction.Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the correlation between RANKL gene polymorphism and the incidence of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the genotype distribution of rs9533156 between the two groups(P>0.05);the comparison of the frequency of each allele was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions There is no significant correlation between the rs9533156 polymorphism of RANKL gene and the susceptibility of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
