摘要
高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,高等职业教育以就业为导向,培养符合企业实际用人需求的人才。现代高等职业教育越来越受到国家和社会各界的重视。随着我国高等教育内涵式发展,高等职业教育从量的扩张向质的建设转变。提高人才培养质量的重要手段之一是课程建设。课程建设也是教学改革的重点和难点。本文以高铁乘务专业培养方向为实例,以培养学生岗位能力为目标,以校企合作为前提,基于职业技能竞赛,探索建构高速铁路客运乘务专业课证赛岗融合课程,通过技能大赛,紧密联系专业课程和岗位技能、岗位证书,提高人才培养质量。
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. Higher vocational education is employment-oriented and cultivates talents that meet the actual employment needs of enterprises. Modern higher vocational education has received more and more attention from the country and all walks of life. With the connotative development of China’s higher education,higher vocational education has expanded from quantitative to qualitative construction. One of the important means to improve the quality of personnel training is curriculum construction. Curriculum construction is also the focus and difficulty of teaching reform. This article takes the training direction of high-speed rail passengers as an example,aims to cultivate students’ post abilities,takes school-enterprise cooperation as the premise,and explores the construction of high-speed railway passenger transport professional textbook competition integration courses based on vocational skill competitions. Courses and job skills and job certificates improve the quality of personnel training.
