摘要
目的:观察参苓白术散汤剂治疗小儿腹泻脾胃虚弱型的效果。方法:106例随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组用乳酸菌素片治疗,观察组用参苓白术散汤剂治疗。结果:两组VIP、NPY、5-HT指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。症状改善时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散汤剂治疗小儿腹泻脾胃虚弱型效果更好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder Decoction in treating infantile diarrhea with asthenia of the spleen and stomach type.Method:106 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group were treated with lactic acid bacteria tablets while the observation group were treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder Decoction.Result:The VIP,NPY and 5-HT indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Powder Decoction is more effective in treating infantile diarrhea with asthenia of the spleen and stomach.
