摘要
目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)分析国医大师干祖望教授治疗慢性喉炎的用药规律。方法:收集干教授治疗慢性喉炎门诊病历182份,应用中医传承辅助平台,进行证型、用药频次、药物功效、药物归经、关联规则及聚类分析,总结干教授治疗慢性喉炎的组方用药规律。结果:筛选出的182份医案中,证型以气滞血瘀痰凝型为主;所用中药共170味,高频药物包括射干、天竺黄、桔梗等;药物功效以活血化瘀药最多;药物归经以肝、肺、脾经为主;通过关联规则分析得到常用药对,如昆布-海藻、桔梗-天竺黄等;通过聚类分析挖掘出核心处方6个。结论:国医大师干祖望治疗慢性喉炎多从肝入手,以活血化瘀、化痰散结为常用治法。
Objective:To analyze traditional Chinese medicine master GAN Zuwang’s medication regularity in the treatment of chronic laryngitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V3.0).Methods:The out-patient medical records of 182 patients with chronic laryngitis treated by Professor GAN Zuwang were collected,and the syndrome types,Chinese medicinal frequency,effects,meridian tropism,association rules and clustering characteristics were analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support platform. Then,the prescription and medication regularity of Professor GAN in the treatment of chronic laryngitis were summarized. Results:Among the included 182 medical cases,the most common syndrome type was qi stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm coagulation type. A total of 170 Chinese medicinals were used,and those with high frequency include Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma),Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio Silicea),and Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix). The main medicinal effect was promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis. On meridian tropism,most medicinals entered liver,lung,spleen. Through association rule analysis,commonly used medicinal pairs were obtained,including Kunbu(Laminariae Thallus,Eckloniae Thallus)-Haizao(Sargassum),Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix)-Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio Silicea),etc.. By clustering analysis,six core prescriptions were obtained. Conclusions:In the treatment of chronic laryngitis,traditional Chinese medicine Master GAN Zuwang usually started with the liver and used the method of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,dissolving phlegm and dissipating masses.
