动模、定模复杂抽芯的壳体注射模具设计

摘要 重点阐述了该壳体零件的定模弯杆抽芯、动模斜导柱抽芯及斜顶抽芯的结构特点,为防止塑件粘在定模,模具要在定模与定模座板之间先分型,先在定模把塑件外表面倒扣抽芯,再在动模、定模之间分型,最后进行动模斜导柱抽芯及斜顶抽芯,并进行了弯杆抽芯的强度校核。采用潜顶针式潜伏式浇口,方便了顶出,美化了塑件外观。对该模具的顶出系统、冷却系统、成型零件设计、推出机构设计、模具分型面设计的设计要点作了说明。 The structural characteristics of bending tube core-pulling of the fixed mould,the inclined guide column core-pulling of the dynamic mould and the inclined top core-pulling of the shell parts were emphatically introduced.In order to prevent the plastic parts sticking to the fixed mould,the mould should be divided between the fixed mould and its base.First,the reverse core-pulling of plastic parts was performed in the fixed mould.Then,the mould was divided between the dynamic and fixed mould.Finally,the inclined guide column core-pulling of the dynamic mould and the inclined top core-pulling were carried out.The strength checking of bending tube core-pulling was introduced.For the convenience of ejection and beautiful appearance of plastic parts,a latent thimble gate was used.The key points of ejecting system,cooling system,design of forming parts,design of ejecting mechanism and design of parting surface of mould were explained.
