介绍了一款玩具机身塑件的模具设计案例,针对塑件特征,合理进行了模具结构设计。从分型面的确定、成型零件结构的优化、浇注系统、顶出系统、冷却系统、排气系统等设计思路进行了详细的分析,并详细描述了模具的开模流程。
This paper introduce the mold design case for a plastic toy body,and based on the characteristics of plastic parts,the mold structure design was carried out reasonably.The detailed analysis of design concept is made from the determination of the parting surface,structural optimization of molded parts,the gating system,the ejection system,the cooling system,and the venting system etc.And in detail described the mold construction process.
