摘要
目的分析髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的最佳治疗方案。方法选取2015年1月—2019年1月在南海经济开发区人民医院接受临床治疗的40例髌骨下极粉碎性骨折患者作为案例进行对比研究。以随机数字法的方式进行分组,常规组与实验组分别应用下极切除术与带线锚钉固定手术。对比两组间临床疗效、治疗指标、康复指标。结果治疗后实验组患者的整体治疗有效率达95.00%,常规组仅为70.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗指标、康复指标相关数据相对于常规组患者有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的临床治疗中,带线锚钉固定治疗方式具备比较突出的治疗效果,可以显著提升患者骨折修复质量,优化骨关节功能,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the best treatment of the inferior patellar fracture.Methods A comparative study was conducted among 40 patients with bone fracture undergoing clinical treatment in people's Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone from January 2015 to January 2019.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method.The routine group and the experimental group were divided into two groups:the lower pole resection group and the wire anchor group.The clinical curative effect,therapeutic index and rehabilitation index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the routine group was only 70.00%(P<0.05).The treatment index and rehabilitation index of the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of bone fracture of the patella,the treatment with wire anchor nail has outstanding effect,can significantly improve the quality of fracture repair,optimize the function of bone and joint,which is worthy of clinical application.
