矿用装载机换挡变速箱湿式离合器波形弹簧的设计

摘要 以某矿用装载机使用的换挡变速箱为例,从前进后退挡湿式离合器中波形弹簧的材料和回复力、活塞密封方式等方面,分析了活塞回位不畅、挡位分离不清、换档慢的原因。其中波形弹簧回复力不足是关键因素。对此提出了解决措施,即取消现有活塞与缸体间的弹簧拉杆,重新设计了波形弹簧,活塞与缸体内外径密封也使用了专用密封。通过研究波形弹簧的设计计算方法,改善了波形弹簧的性能,提高了装载机换挡变速箱的性能。 Taking a shifting gearbox used in a mine loader as an example,the reasons for the inappropriate return of the piston,the unclear separation of the gear and the slow shift have been analyzed from the aspects of the material,the restoring force and sealing mode of piston of the wave spring in the forward and backward wet clutch,and the insufficient restoring force of the wave spring is the key factor.The measures to solve this problem have been put forward,that is,to cancel the spring pull rod between the piston and the cylinder block,to redesign the wave spring,and to use the special seal for the inner and outer diameter seal of the piston and the cylinder block.By studying the design and calculation method of the wave spring,the performance of the wave spring has been improved and the performance of the shifting gearbox of the loader has been improved.
