摘要
目的:探讨医用真空系统细菌过滤器与排气消毒装置在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下对医疗废气安全排放的作用。方法:针对COVID-19疫情期间医用真空系统存在的若干问题,对细菌与病毒的差异进行分析,分析细菌过滤器与排气消毒装置两种不同原理的设备在医用真空系统中的作用。结果:细菌过滤器和排气消毒装置是目标功能不同、互为补充的用于对医疗废气排放进行无害化处理的设备。结论:医用真空系统是医院医用气体系统的重要组成部分,作为影响医院感染控制的敏感设施,通过科学合理地配置细菌过滤器与排气消毒装置,实现医疗废气安全排放,降低院感风险。
Objective:To explore the role of bacterial filter and exhaust disinfection device in medical vacuum system on safe discharge of medical exhaust gas under the pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:In view of the series of problems in the medical vacuum system during the pandemic of COVID-19,the differences between bacteria and virus were analyzed.The functions of bacterial filter and exhaust disinfection device which had two kinds of different principles in medical vacuum system were expounded.Results:Bacterial filter and exhaust disinfection device are complementary equipment for each other which could be used to implement harmless treatment for medical exhaust gas while their targets and functions are different.Conclusion:Medical vacuum system is an important part of medical gas system of hospital.As a sensitive facility that can affect nosocomial infections and control,medical exhaust gas can be safely discharged and nosocomial infections risk can be reduced through scientific and reasonable configuration of bacterial filter and exhaust disinfection device.
