基于安全离群点检测模式的医用气体系统质量控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究安全离群点检测模式在医用气体系统质量控制管理中的应用效果及价值。方法:选取医院医用气体系统的系列装置,按照医院医用气体系统系列装置管理模式的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规报警监测管理模式;观察组采用安全离群点检测管理模式,采用盒图方法对医用气体系统的管理制度、设备设施、常规检查和应急处理4个层面的19项指标进行可视化分析,挖掘安全隐患点并制定优化管理措施。对比两组安全隐患检测、系统运行质量,自制调研问卷对使用者进行临床应用满意度调查。结果:观察组的管理制度、设备设施、常规检查和应急处理指标评估值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.751,t=11.525,t=9.795,t=6.717;P<0.05);观察组的设备设施运行率、报警频次、维修频次和应急维修时间好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.609,t=6.224,t=4.841,t=2.292;P<0.05);被调研者对观察组医用气体质量、使用便捷度、问题解决效果和医技护协作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x;=7.502,x;=8.515,x;=4.596,x;=9.289;P<0.05)。结论:安全离群点检测模式可更加全面地评估医用气体系统运行质量,准确查找设备设施管理中存在的问题,改进医用气体系统运行质量,提高临床服务水平。 Objective: To study the application value of safety outlier detection mode in quality control management of medical gas system. Methods: The hospital medical gas system was selected and divided into control group and observation group according to research period. The control group adopted routine alarm monitoring mode. The observation group adopted safety outlier detection mode, visual analysis of 19 indexes in 4 aspects of medical gas system management system, equipment and facilities, routine inspection and emergency treatment was carried out by box diagram method, so as to excavate hidden safety hazards and formulate optimal management measures. Safety hidden risk detection, system operation quality and clinical application satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The evaluation values of management system, equipment and facilities, routine inspection and emergency treatment indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=14.751, t=11.525, t=9.795, t=6.717;P<0.05);the equipment operation rate, alarm frequency, maintenance frequency and emergency maintenance time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.609, t=6.224, t=4.841, t=2.292;P<0.05);respondents’ satisfaction with medical gas quality, ease of use, problem-solving effect and medical-technical-nursing collaboration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=7.502, x^(2)=8.515, x^(2)=4.596, x^(2)=9.289;P<0.05). Conclusion: The safe outlier detection mode can evaluate the operation quality of medical gas system in a more comprehensive manner, find out the problems in the management of equipment and facilities accurately, improve the operation quality of medical gas system and raise the clinical service level.
