摘要
目前国内物流分拣系统主要是基于传统的滚筒、皮带、滑槽等传送技术,利用挡板或提升机等设备通过识别物品包装上的条码进行分拣,距离智能物流还有较远道路要走。虽然国外存在一些新型传输结构,但是仍存在成本较高和控制方式较为复杂等问题。因此,结合STM32的控制方式及BLDC无刷直流电机设计了新型的全向传输模块,可以在物体传输过程中进行全方向、无死角的平移和转向等动作。结构及模块布局的优化提高了系统的灵活性和灵敏度,同时降低了物流使用过程中的人力及时间成本。
At present,the domestic logistics sorting system is mainly based on the traditional drum,belt,chute and other transmission technology,using baffle or elevator and other equipment to identify the barcode on the article packaging for sorting,there is still a long way to go from intelligent logistics.Although there are some new transmission structures abroad,there are still some problems such as high cost and complex control mode.Therefore,this paper designs a new omni-directional transmission module based on STM32 control mode and BLDC brushless DC motor,which can perform omni-directional and non dead angle translation and steering in the process of object transmission.The optimization of structure and module layout improves the flexibility and sensitivity of the system,and reduces the labor and time cost in the process of logistics use.
