摘要
为解决环氧阻燃沥青混合料施工工艺要求苛刻、成本高昂、推广应用受限等难题,采取将环氧沥青A、B两组分分2次掺入拌和的后掺法工艺制备和施工环氧沥青混合料,通过系统的路用性能试验及耐久性评价,将3 cm后掺法环氧沥青混凝土应用于实际工程。结果表明:1)后掺法环氧沥青混合料浸水残留稳定度95.5%,冻融劈裂强度比90.6%,动稳定度31500次/mm,60℃浸水条件下作用30万次无脱粒,最大车辙深度为1.5 mm,具有卓越的路用性能,抗化学腐蚀且阻燃;2)后掺法工艺摊铺取料制备环氧沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度平均为75.6 k N,变异系数为9.1%,表明后掺法拌和基本均匀,后掺法工艺可行、有效;3)工程应用各项实体及性能检验指标合格,能有效解决环氧沥青混凝土施工要求苛刻、应用范围受限等问题。
In order to solve the difficult problems of the fire-retardantepoxy asphalt mixture such as rigorous construction technique,high cost,limited promotion and application,the epoxy asphalt mixture was produced by post-doped methods which the A/B two components are mixed into the mixing respectively by 2 steps,then the road performance were systematically studied,the long-term performance was simulated,and the 3 cm epoxy asphalt concrete produced by post-doping was applied to the actual project.The results show that:1)the residual stability of epoxy asphalt mixture is 95.5%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 90.6%,the rutting dynamic stability is 31500 times/mm and the maximum rut depth is 1.5 mm after 300000 times simulate loading at 60℃water-immersioncondition,which shows excellent road performance of chemical resistance and fire retardant;2)the average Marshall stability of the epoxy asphalt mixture which prepared by the post-mixing process paving and reclaiming materials is 75.6 kN and the coefficient of variation is 9.1%.It is indicated thatthe post-mixing process is feasible and effective;3)the various entities and performance inspection indexes of the engineering application are qualified,which can effectively solve the problems of harsh epoxy asphalt concrete construction requirements and limited application scope.
