摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念在乳腺癌改良根治术患者围术期的应用效果。方法195例接受改良根治术的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组98例给予常规护理干预,观察组97例在对照组基础上给予快速康复外科理念干预,比较两组的术后恢复情况、心理状态及并发症。结果观察组的住院时间、上肢功能恢复时间及手术切口愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.12%,显著低于对照组的13.27%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念可有效缩短乳腺癌改良根治术患者的术后恢复时间,改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of fast-track surgery concept in perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods 195 cases of breast cancer patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups.98 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 97 patients in the observation group received fast-track surgery concept intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,psychological status and complications were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time,recovery time of upper limb function and healing time of surgical incision in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.12%,significantly lower than 13.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fast-track surgery concept can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time,improve the psychological status and reduce the incidence of complications of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
