保乳术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的疗效比较 被引量：14

摘要 目的比较分析保乳术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的近期疗效差异。方法 32例乳腺癌患者根据手术方式的不同分为2组,其中保乳术组18例,改良根治术组14例,术后比较观察2组患者的近期疗效和并发症发生情况。结果保乳术组的手术时间、住院时间、出血量、引流液量均少于改良根治术组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。保乳术组的美容满意率高于改良根治术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保乳术组2例发生皮下积液,未见皮瓣坏死发生;改良根治术组4例发生皮下积液,其中1例出现皮瓣坏死。结论保乳术的近期疗效明显优于改良根治术,且术后患者满意率高。
