摘要
对于两种不同性能国产纳滤膜品种进行了氯化钠/硫酸钠体系的相关试验,运用误差最小化算法得出了电荷守恒条件下纳滤膜产水中两类盐分分离的数据,采用正交设计试验分析了给水含盐量及给水温度等因素对分盐效果的影响,明确了纳滤膜工艺中出现氯化钠负脱盐现象的原因.
Nanofiltration tests of mixed aqueous solutions of sodium chloride and sulfate sodium were carried out by employing two kinds of home-made membrane elements with different properties. By using the error minimization algorithm, the specific values of two kinds of salt separation in the nanofiltration membrane produced water under the condition of charge conservation were obtained. The orthogonal design test was used to analyze the different effects of salt content and temperature of feed water on the effect of salt separation. And the main factors of negative desalination sodium chloride in nanofiltration membrane process were identified.
