摘要
由于冶金焦的价格上涨,部分黄磷生产企业开始使用价格更低的无烟煤丁、半焦等作为还原剂。某大型制磷电炉参兑25%半焦进行黄磷生产试验。总结了该试验期间的焦炭原料、烧结料等分析数据,以及制磷电炉的主要工艺参数及运行工况,并进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,使用半焦利于降低生产成本,但不宜用于大型制磷电炉,在热法黄磷生产上推广使用还需要进一步研究和试验。
With increasing price of metallurgical coke,some of the yellow phosphorus producers are beginning to use lower cost anthracite,semi⁃coke as reduction agent.Trial yellow phosphorus production is conducted in a large phosphorus electric furnace by adding 25%semi⁃coke.The analysis data are re⁃viewd during the trial operation,including coke feed,sintering material,and main process parameters and operating conditions of the phosphorus electric furnace,and conducts comparison analysis.The trial results show that,by using the semi⁃coke,it will help reduce the operating cost,however,it is not suitable for large phosphorus electric furnace,and the future use in thermal process yellow phosphorus production requires further study and test.
