烧结原料配加PMC粉的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为降低烧结成本,某烧结厂在原料中配加了PMC粉。通过烧结杯实验,研究了不同配比的PMC粉对烧结过程和烧结矿性能的影响规律。结果表明:在烧结原料中配入5%~15%的PMC粉烧结后,烧结料透气性改善,烧结速度增加,RDI+6.3和RDI+3.15指数提高,同时烧结矿的转鼓强度和烧结成品率略有降低,烧结软化开始温度(T 10)提高约10℃。从宏观烧结过程和烧结指标测定结果看,烧结料中配加5%~15%PMC粉是可行的,但配比不宜过高。 The PMC powder is added into the raw materials in a sintering plant,so as to reduce the sintering cost.The influence of PMC powder with different proportion on sintering process and sinter properties was studied by sintering cup experiment.The results show that when 5%~15%PMC powder is added into the sintering raw material,the permeability of the sinter is improved,the sintering speed is increased,the index of RDI+6.3 and RDI+3.15 is increased,the drum strength and sintering yield of sinter are slightly reduced,and the sintering softening start temperature(T 10)is increased about 10℃.According to the results of macro sintering process and sintering index,it is feasible to add 5%~15%PMC powder into the sinter,but the ratio should not be too high.
