摘要
马克思在揭示资本主义生产目的以及揭露和批判资本主义残酷无情地剥削工人的过程中,阐述了丰富的卫生健康思想。马克思从健康社会决定因素研究健康,认为以资本为核心的资本主义生产及其动机和目的必然危害工人的生命健康;卑微的社会地位、廉价的劳动力以及恶劣的工作条件、居住环境等因素必然危及工人的生命健康。马克思卫生健康思想对统筹推进维护人民健康与经济社会发展工作具有重要的启示意义,启示我们坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,始终把人民群众的生命安全和身体健康放在第一位,牢牢把握社会主义的生产目的和经济社会发展的价值追求,改善人民群众的生产生活条件,实现人民美好生活需要,促进人的自由而全面发展。
In revealing the purpose of capitalist production and criticizing the brutal and ruthless exploitation of workers by capitalism,Marx expounded a wealth of ideas on health.Marx studied health from social determinants of health.He thought that capital-centered production and purpose of capitalist production must jeopardize workers’health,and low social status,cheap labor,poor working conditions,living environment,and epidemic diseases endanger workers’lives and health.Marx’s Health Thought is of great significance for coordinating the work of maintaining people’s health and economic and social development,which enlightens we adhere to the people-centered development ideology,always put the safety of the people’s lives and physical health first,firmly grasp the purpose of socialist production and the value pursuit of economic and social development,promote human freedom and all-round development.
