摘要
[目的/意义]情报质量评估是情报研究和情报工作的重要内容。情报质量评估过程中的结果逻辑导向具有一系列负面影响,对此展开研究有利于探明其表征、挖掘其机理、控制其不足。[方法/过程]在梳理已有相关研究的基础上,指明情报质量评估中结果逻辑的诸多表征,并进一步探究其发生的机制,最后提出可能的控制思路。[结果/结论]情报质量评估中结果逻辑的控制思路主要在于构建统一的情报质量评估标准,建立全流程的情报质量管控与评价模式,设立第三方评估模式以及以信息管理系统为载体,建立评估模型等。
[Purpose/Significance]Intelligence quality assessment is an important part of intelligence research and intelligence work.The logical orientation of the results in the process of intelligence quality assessment has a series of negative effects.The research is helpful to explore its characterization,explore its mechanism,and control its deficiencies.[Method/Process]On the basis of combing the existing research,it points out the many representations of the result logic in the intelligence quality assessment,and further explores the mechanism of its occurrence,and finally proposes possible control ideas.[Result/Conclusion]The control measures of result logic in intelligence quality assessment mainly consists of constructing a unified intelligence quality assessment standard,establishing a full-process intelligence quality control and evaluation model,establishing a third-party evaluation model,and establishing an evaluation model based on the information management system.
