摘要
目的探究持续血液净化配合护理干预措施在重症急性胰腺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 2018年4月—2019年4月被纳入本研究的60例患者入院后诊断均为重症急性胰腺炎,随机分两组,分组对比患者治疗后生命体征、急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统评分以及各项实验室指标检查结果。结果研究组患者治疗后呼吸频率(31.1±3.9)次/分低于对照组(34.2±4.3)次/分,体温(36.5±0.4)℃低于对照组(38.9±0.6)℃,心率(78.9±15.6)次/分低于对照组(106.5±21.6)次/分,APACHEⅡ评分(12.42±1.33)分低于对照组(18.75±1.64)分,血清淀粉酶水平、总胆红素水平与对照组相比均较低,酸碱平衡指标pH以及HCO3-与对照组相比均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者治疗中血液净化配合护理干预的实施能够有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,and the scores of vital signs,acute physiology and chronic health status scoring system and the examination results of various laboratory indicators were divided into two groups.Results The respiratory rate(31.1±3.9)times/min in the study group was lower than that in the control group(34.2±4.3)times/min,the body temperature(36.5±0.4)℃was lower than that in the control group(38.9±0.6)℃,and the heart rate(78.9±15.6)times/min was lower than the control group(106.5±21.6)times/min,APACHE II score(12.42±1.33)points was lower than that of the control group(18.75±1.64)points,serum amylase level and total bilirubin level were lower than the control group,pH of acid-base balance index and HCO3-The comparison was higher in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
