摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动缩短STEMI患者在急诊绿色通道的停留时间对提高救治率的影响。方法选取于2018年1月~2019年1月期间收治的120例STEMI患者为研究对象,所有患者均通过急诊绿色通道进行抢救。对比开展品管圈活动前后所有患者在急诊绿色通道的停留时间以及救治有效率。结果相较于开展品管圈活动前,开展活动后所有患者在急诊绿色通道的停留时间更短,在规定时间里完成心电图、口服给药和心肌酶学的诊断报告的占比更高,死亡率更低,总的救治有效率更高,患者对救治护理的满意度也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在STEMI患者的治疗中开展品管圈活动,能够有效缩短患者在急诊绿色通道的停留时间,降低死亡事件的发生,改善治疗预后效果,提高救治率,促进患者的恢复。
Objective To probe into the influence of quality control circle activity on improving the treatment rate by shortening the stay time of STEMI patients in emergency green channel.Methods 120 cases of patients with STEMI and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,were selected as the data source in this study,all patients were rescued through the emergency green channel.Then,the stay time and treatment efficiency of all patients in the emergency green channel before and after the activities of quality control circle were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with before and after the activities of quality control circle,all patients had shorter stay time in the emergency green channel,higher proportion of completing the ECG,oral administration and myocardial enzymology diagnosis report in the specified time,lower mortality,higher overall treatment efficiency,and higher patients'satisfaction with treatment and nursing,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activities in treatment of STEMI patients which can effectively shorten the stay time of patients in the emergency green channel,reduce the occurrence of death events,improve the effect of treatment prognosis,improve the treatment rate,and promote the recovery of patients.
