品管圈活动在缩短门诊透析患者等候时间中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动的开展对缩短门诊血液透析患者的等候时间,提高工作效率的实践效果。方法 2016年10月~2017年4月,通过成立品管圈小组,进行品管圈知识培训,运用QC十大步骤,分析门诊血液透析患者等候时间过长的原因,制定相应对策并实施持续质量改进,比较品管圈实施前后的患者等候时间及患者满意度。结果实施品管圈活动6个月后,门诊血液透析患者等候的平均时间由活动前的(54.93±2.1)min缩短至活动后的(24.10±1.91)min,患者满意率由81.33%提升到96.66%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论品管圈活动有效缩短了门诊血液透析患者的等候时间,提高了患者满意度。 Objective To explore the practical effect of QCC activities on shortening the waiting time of hemodialysis patients and improving work efficiency. Methods From October 2016 to April 2017, through the establishment of a quality control circle group, quality control circle knowledge training was conducted. Ten QC steps were used to analyze the reasons for the long waiting time of hemodialysis patients in outpatient department, formulate corresponding countermeasures and implement continuous quality improvement. The waiting time and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of quality control circle were compared. Results After 6 months of quality control circle activities, the average waiting time of hemodialysis patients in outpatient service was shortened from (54.93±2.1)min before activities to (24.10±1.91)min after activities, and the patient satisfaction rate was increased from 81.33% to 96.66%, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively shorten the waiting time of outpatient hemodialysis patients and improve patient satisfaction.
