摘要 在对电容器组进行检修过程中,不平衡电流的测量也是一项重要的工作,当不平衡电流超标时,通常需要对电容器组中的电容器进行更换,或者重新进行排列,以确保四个桥臂的平衡。以上方法在检修过程中存在工程量大等弊端。为此首先对高压电容器组不平衡电流的产生原因进行了分析,即四个桥臂中两组对角桥臂电容值的乘积不相等。并通过公式推导出降低不平衡电流的方法。然后对实际检修过程中的不平衡电流测量方法进行了介绍,当不平衡电流超标时,根据所推导的公式,提出通过对底层电容器的调整,降低两组对角桥臂电容值乘积之差,进而降低不平衡电流的方法。所提出的方法,与生产现场密切结合,省时省力,具有推广应用价值。 The measurement of unbalance current in the maintenance of capacitor bank is also one of the important works.When the unbalanced current exceeds the standard,the capacitor in the capacitor bank normally needs either replacement or reconfiguration so to assure the balance of four bridge arms.However,the above method has such disadvantage in the maintenance as large maintenance work.Therefore,the cause of unbalanced current in capacitor bank is analyzed firstly,that is,the product of capacitance of two sets of diagonal bridge arm in the four bridge arm is unequal.The method to reduce the unbalanced current is deduced by the formula.Then,the measurement method of unbalanced current in the maintenance is introduced.When the unbalanced current exceeds standard,it is proposed,in accordance with the deduced formula,to the product difference of capacitance of two sets of diagonal bridge arm by way of adjustment of the bottom capacitor,thus reducing the unbalanced current.The close combination of the proposed method and production site saves both time and effort and has promotion and application value.
