摘要
提出对内置式永磁同步电机的转子结构参数进行灵敏性分析的方法。以72槽12极的内置式“V”型永磁同步电机和72槽12极内置式“U”型永磁同步电机为例,利用ANSYS EM有限元分析软件分析内置式永磁电机永磁体的长度、厚度和位置,对电机的输出转矩、转矩波动率的影响的灵敏性进行研究,旨在提高永磁体的利用率及电机的转矩密度。文中依据72槽12极电机模型,制作了样机,对电机的输出转矩进行了试验,验证了灵敏性优化分析方法的有效性与优异性。
A method for sensitivity analysis of rotor structure parameters of synchronous motor with interior permanent magnet was presented.This method was used to improve the utilization rate of permanent magnet and the torque density of the motor.Taking the V-shape and the U-shape interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with 72slots poles as examples,the sensitivity of the length,the thickness of permanent magnet to the air gap flux density,output torque and torque ripple of the synchronous motor was analyzed and studied by finite element analysis software ANSYS EM.In this paper,a 72 slots 12 poles motor model was selected to make a prototype to test the output torque of the motor,and the effectiveness and excellence of the optimization by sensitivity analysis method were verified.
