摘要
提出了永磁同步电机的参数敏感性分析方法。针对电机仿真设计与加工制造之间产生的性能偏差问题,从多参数敏感性的角度给予了分析。重点进行了磁钢表面形状与定子槽口尺寸对电机的齿槽转矩、转矩脉动、以及出力能力的影响的敏感性研究;利用有限元软件及多维图形,基于多参数同时分析,从面与体的角度分析关键尺寸参数的敏感性,以力图在电机仿真设计阶段,即可将电机制造加工时引入的性能偏差控制在比较小的范围内。文中利用12s8p电机的样机,针对文中齿槽转矩的分析进行了实验,在一定程度上验证了敏感性分析方法的有效性。
A method of parameter sensitivity of PMSM was proposed, by which to analyze the deviation between simula- tion and manufacturing. The sensitivity of influence on cogging torque, ripple torque and average torque by the shape of PM and slot open size was studied. Based on the finite element software, multi-parameter sensitivity was analyzed from a view of multidimensional, as to decrease the deviation between simulation and manufacturing at the simulation step. The cogging torque of a 12s8p motor was tested. The agreement between tested data and analysis data verifies the effectiveness of the analysis approach in part.
